Breakfast Muffins II

Yummy low carb egg muffins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
  2. Dice the onion and green pepper and fry off with the bacon until onions are translucent and soft.
  3. Mix the eggs and cream until well mixed.
  4. Spoon the bacon mix into 6 ramekins and divide egg mixture equally on top of the mix.
  5. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the egg on top is golden brown and set.
