Cauliflower Everything Bagels

Healthy, low-calorie recipe and a great alternative for bread.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place cauliflower in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Then transfer to a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and wring out excess moisture. Return to the bowl and stir in cheddar and egg until thoroughly combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into 8 portions on the prepared baking sheet and flatten into circles. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  5. Bake until browned and crispy around the edges for 22 to 25 minutes.
