Breakfast Flapjacks with Strawberry Yoghurt
A high protein breakfast pancake stack filled with yogurt and strawberries.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix the protein powder, oat bran, egg whites and stevia to form a batter. Stand for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix chopped strawberries with the yoghurt and sweeten with stevia to taste.
- Use a tiny portion of butter to grease a non-stick pan pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan. When bubbles form in the batter, turn. Repeat 2 more time to create 3 flapjacks.
- Layer the flapjacks and yogurt to form a stack.
