Vegetable Soup
Delicious tasty soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Fry chopped onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil.
- Add chopped up tomatoes and basil. Let it simmer for about 10 mins.
- Add vegetable stock to 500 ml boiling water and add to the vegetables. Let it simmer for 5 mins.
- Add spinach and chopped greens beans and let it simmer for another 25 mins.
- Add some more water to soup if you do not like it too thick.
- The soup can be made into pulp if you enjoy a smoother consistency.
