Directions
- Chop cabbage and add to boiling water in a pot.
- Chop onions, carrots, celery and beetroot.
- Fry them for 10 min until soft in sunflower oil and add to the pot.
- Chop tomatoes and fry with a bit of chopped garlic, and add to the pot.
- Boil on low heat for 10mins.
- Add bay leaves, dill, salt and pepper according to your taste.
