Homemade Chili

Easy to make, low-fat chili.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir to mix ingredients.
  3. Cook at high for 1 hour and turn down too low for 3 hours.

Reviews 
I changed the beef to ground turkey ... much better for calories :) I don't add salt to any recipe - if it calls for it I have the Salt substitute which is high for potassium. Kidney beans were soaked overnight :)
