Berry Balsamic Pork Chops

Fast and delicious pork chops.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat 12" skillet and oil on medium until hot. Add chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook 12 minutes until browned but very slightly pink in center then transfer to plate.
  3. Add water, cranberries, vinegar and sugar to skillet. Heat to boiling scraping up browned bits from pan.
  4. Add juices from chops on plate and cook 2 minutes until thickened slightly.
  5. Pour sauce over chops and serve.

OMG! Love this recipe. Hubby couldn't stop eating it. Paired it with sauteed kale and homemade corn bread. Bet it would be amazing with chicken or turkey as well.

This was awesome! I used no sugar added cranberry juice instead of whole cranberries and brown sugar (because I didn't have any regular sugar). I also added a tiny bit of corn startch so that the sauce was thicker. This is definitely on our list to make again.

Wow just finished my meal.. had this main dish with a salad on the side... PHENOMINAL!!!! Best meal I have had all week. I highly encourage everyone to try this awesome recipe.. happy eating everyone :)
