Came all the way from 141.8kg.
Living the "good" life.
Always people at my house. A braai and a brandy was part of the norm.
Then I hit my "low" end of December 2020.
I realized NOTHING is going to change until I CHANGE.
So I'm changing.
Sold the race car
Started eating better
Stopped drinking
Telling people that I love them
Walking
Running
I'M CHANGING
