Hot and Sour Soup

A yummy soup that is spicy and sour.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix chicken base with xanthan gum. Add water and soy sauce and mix well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except for egg. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
  3. In a small bowl, scramble the egg and pour it into the soup while stirring in one direction.
  4. Let simmer for a few minutes more and enjoy.
