Baked Cauliflower Gratin

A yummy side dish full of healthy nutrients.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Open cauliflower and separate the flowers.
  2. Cook on medium-low with milk for 10 minutes, set aside.
  3. Cook onion, garlic and margarine until onion is soft.
  4. When cauliflower is soft add this to the onion mix, mix softly.
  5. Put mix in a 10x12" casserole dish sprayed with some oil.
  6. Add cheddar cheese on top and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 350° F (175° C).

I love this version. It is just as satisfying as mashed potatoes!

My kids love it, my mother love, my husband ask for more,and for me its my side dish instead of rice or potatoes, and yes I love it too.
