Cheesy Meatloaf

This meatloaf will be a family favorite

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease an 8"x4" loaf pan.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, ketchup, bread crumbs, onion powder, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef and cheese and mix well.
  3. Press mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes. Take the meatloaf out of the oven and carefully drain off fat.
  4. Return to oven and continue to bake for 30 minutes. Take the meatloaf out of the oven and carefully drain off the fat.
  5. Return to the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully drain off fat.
  6. Let sit for 15 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
