Directions
- Warm coconut milk, curry paste and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes
- Rinse vegetables and drain well.
- Add vegetables to sauce and simmer until warmed through.
- Drain and cube the tofu.
- Add tofu to the pan, cover and heat through stirring gently to coat with sauce.
