Egg & Sausage Quiche
A delicious quiche with sausage, cheese and a hint of deli mustard.
Ingredients
Directions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain.
- Heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Whip eggs, cream, water, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture into pie pan.
- Top with crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, a bit longer if you like it firmer.

I like this creamy Quiche w/a hint of mustard taste, but it's way too watery! Maybe reduce 1 cup of water to 1/3 cup?

Definitely a quick and easy meal! I made a few adjustments...I used turkey sausage, light cream and just a couple splashes of water. It came out looking quite good and will serve as my breakfast over the week! Thank you!
