Hot and Sour Soup
A flavorful homemade Chinese soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Scramble sausage in large pot.
- Add water and bouillon, allow to boil.
- Add tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Bring back to boil.
- Stir in soy sauce, sugar substitute, rice vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper and chili oil.
- Add bok choy and green onions, bring to boil for 4 minutes and serve.

Fantastic! I have made it twice already. I love it. I did have to a bit more hot chili oil as I like mine spicy. This is better than any restauarants I have had in a long time. It was my chinese take out staple, but not anymore.
