Great recipe. So sweet and tastey. I figured 2 points per 1/2 cup or 4 points for a cup.

My wife absolutely loved this. Very simple to prepare and loaded with flavor. Sure to satisfy that desire for a sweet desert.

This is a great desert! Like a pumpkin pie without the pie. Go for the sugar free pudding mix because you'll never taste the difference. Great desert for low calories and contains a veg. Nice!

I made this for Xmas using sugar free instant pudding and pumpkin. You can skip the milk because the pumpkin has enough liquid. the calories are approx the same, but the carbs are much lower
