Seasoned Pork Tenderloin
The spices in this pork tenderloin make for irresistible flavors.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large zip-close plastic bag combine syrup and spices.
- Add tenderloins to plastic bag, squeeze out air and seal the bag.
- Let marinate in refrigerator at least two hours but preferably overnight, turning bag occasionally.
- Preheat broiler. Place tenderloins on roasting pan and cover with marinade.
- Broil until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F (70 °C). About 7 minutes per side.
- Yields about 4 oz of meat per serving.

temperature should not be over 150..then let it rest..cover with foil ...for 5 minutes....165 ends up tough !!

The ginger flavor was too strong for my taste. If I made this again I would definitely cut back on the ginger.

I added 1/2 Cup of pure maple syrup instead of the calorie reduced corn syrup. It was delicious!!!!!
