Directions
- Die Butter schmelzen und abkühlen lassen.
- Die Eier schaumig schlagen und Quark, Öl, Süßungsmittel und die Butter hinzufügen.
- Als letztes das Eiweisspulver untermengen und alles gut vermischen bis ein dickflüssiger Teig entsteht.
- Den Teig im Waffeleisen backen bis die Waffeln goldbraun sind (Low Carb Waffeln werden nicht so dunkel wie normale Waffeln).
