My official weight this morning is 110.9kg.

I've reached my 1st milestone for this year of losing 10kg :)

Now for the next 10kg and then to get under 100kg again like last year.

A big thank you to everyone on FatSecret :) You guys/girls rock!!!

110.9 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
