I still managed a loss in the middle of "shark week"

Its been 7 weeks since i decided to take control of my weight via banting and later include intermittent fasting. 13.7kg down and a whole lot of centimetres gone in 7 weeks. I'm happy i took that scary 1st step.
133.6 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 43.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
