Ja I think it's a bit easier for the boys. But it's still damn difficult. Today my body is full of aches and pains, but I need to run today and at least do my core. Loosing weight sucks🤣🤣🤣 It's way easier having a braai with a brandy and coke and chocolate mousse for desert🤣🤣🤣 I'm still fighting to get back to 102kg. That's where I was end of November.🙈🙈🙈 This is hard. WE are GOING TO MAKE IT regardless. New day, new challange.🤞🤞🤞

True... You have such a positive outlook, it's contagious. I quit cigarettes almost 9 months ago. My weight picked up gradually, so I should lose it gradually, but the picking up part always seem so much easier than the loosing part, doesn't it?

@Leksie I used to joke about the weight when I stopped smoking. I weighed like 90kg or so. Doctor told me smoking is bad for my health. I stopped and gained weight overnight🤣🤣🤣 Doctor said: Being obese is bad for your health🤣🤣🤣 I can't win🤣🤣 This is such a tough challange for us. I promise you!!! At the end of this... We will KNOW WHO WE ARE!!! We are LEGENDS INSPARATIONAL OVERCOMERS CAPABLE AND HOPEFULLY FIT🤣🤣🤣

Sending love to the ex smokers trying to lose the weight put on due to the quiting. I am in the same boat. At times I've thought maybe I should just start again, I'd lose the weight quicker 😅 but the addiction for food now seems more intense than what the addiction for cigarettes ever was 🤯
