Update as promised.

Weekends suck and slow me down so much. I never get the steps done over weekends.🙈🤣
Yesterday was a fast day again.
Had two pieces of boerewors last night with some tamotoe sauce.
Fasting seriously sucks🤣🤣🤣
Didn't get a chance to excersice yesterday, was just one of those days.
Will have to work twice as hard today.
Good luck for today guys.

@Leksie Weekends I "feast" Braai with some friends and I have to have desert🤣🤣🤣 Takes me until Wednesday to get back on track🙈🙈🙈 Luckily I'm in this for the looooooong hall🤣🤣🤣 We're gonna make it🙏🙏🙏
