@Fleebus, he makes me feel like I am playing around in the gym LOL @ Richard, awesome sauce! You did amazing. I just came back from gym now, did legs and I am F-ed in the A.... Omg. I still did OMAD yesterday and will do so today as well. I am going to try and stick to that for the two weeks of this challenge. Maybe we should just weigh in once a week?

@Fleebus Yes the excersice is key. Without the exercise I LOOSE NO weight. My body loves storing fat. I need to force my body in to a calorie deficit daily, else I don't loose weight. Also found that eating at night (after 4pm) is a NO NO for me. Every time I eat at night I loose NO weight or very little weight. I need to go to bed HUNGRY🙈

@Coco1978m Gym🙈🙈🙈 I'm still to fat for the gym.🤣🤣🤣 I literally close my office door, do 30 pushups, 30 sit ups, couple of arm curls, couple of kick back. Open the office door sweating. Sure people think.... mmmmm. This guy is working up a sweat doing "something" 🤣🤣🤣 Weird especially because it's only me in there.🤣🤣🤣 At night before I go home I run up and down our driveway at work. It's nice and quite and it's only me. Working out has become a part of me. Im loving it. Well done for yesterday. You keep it up. You can weigh whenever you're ready girl. Keep us posted please

@Richard, don't let weight put you off going to the gym if that is something you want to do. I am way fatter than you and I go. Most people in the gym see overweight people and know that they are actually doing something to change it. I love the gym, fat or not LOL And it is a change of scenery for me. I will weigh in every day for the sake of our challenge, but it is better to rather do it once a week because body weight fluctuates everyday and it is easy to become obsessed with the scale, for me anyway. I also take my measurements once a month. That is a very good way to track progress too. I really enjoy doing this challenge with you and Leksie. And I must say, it takes so much determination and will power to do the exercises the way you do it. You should be proud of yourself!

@Coco1978m Thank you girl I'm trying hard. Little bit harder after Covid. I'm still on blood thinners etc. So I have to do "bite size portions of exercise" throughout the day. When I started this journey my head didn't spin after 30 sit ups. I'm still getting it done. Just slower now. Had to stop end of last year (doctor's orders) so I just tried to maintain my weight. I was down to 102kg and going for double digits. I'll get there again. I will be 90kg by March. Watch this space. Bite size at a time.

@Richard, well done for yesterday. I actually quit crossfit classes, because it was just not cutting it for me anymore, we changed coaches & blah blah blah. So last year August I started walking, & then running. My aim for this year is to jog 5 km's without stopping to die. Hehehe.

Covid needs to be over. How tall are you Richard? If I may ask? Bite size at a time is the way to go if you are still recovering from Covid.

@Leksie We are good friend with "Warrior Ric" AKA Ricardo so my dream is to do a couple of Warrior races. That will be so so so so cool. First I need to run and climb and swim etc. Don't want to go and embarrass myself.🤣🤣🤣 5km without death breathing down your neck sounds good to me. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@Coco I am 1.78m tall. Short shit.🤣🤣🤣

@Richard, that sounds awesome. I, for one, am not for competitions. I want to quit even before I start, that's part of the reason why I stopped Crossfit. Jogging I can do at my own pace & there's no one yelling at me for taking a breather.

@Leksie Yes sometimes doing things on your own pace is good. I just want to be part of the "vibe" the atmosphere at those Warrior races are incredible. I have seen guys with severe disabilities jump off 7metre platforms. I've seen partners carrying each other. I've seen people cheering as a person with a fear of hights battles to cross an obstacle. It's electric. Check out some Warrior race Youtube vids.
