I really hate this scale story 🤦‍♀️
86 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I also disappeared and I just came back but I’ve gained 10 kg 😢. We’ve got this!! Lockdown did us dirty but we’ll get rid of it in no time.
