Right!!! Let's do this... Struggling to get my fast days below 600 cal, so I thought that at first I'll keep it just below 1000 cal. I went to crossfit class this morning, so proud of myself, because hubby didn't get up, but I didn't follow in his footsteps!!! Yay for me!!!

I can do this!!!

that's great stuff leksie, keep at it!that sounds like a good plan...reducing your calories slowly until you get down to your target of 600...am sure in no time you will get there:-)

Well done on the crossfit! I find that eating foods in their natural, unprocessed, state makes me fuller and keeps me under the 500 kCals for a fast day. Try "skipping" breakfast by having a black coffee / tea and then having lunch a bit earlier - works like a charm!

Ziensie, I'm already following the fasting regimen, by skipping breakfast, etc. Guess I will just have to try harder!!! ;-)
