I haven't been around much, because I was feeling stressed out from FS. All the tracking & logging was causing me mental stress. I know, it's weird, but I'm in a way better head space now. I'm smashing my goals left, right and centre.

Slow and steady wins the race.
I did another 36 hour fast this month, but unfortunately I did not break it properly & then I was quite hungry the following days. Oh well. Lesson learned.

I am so stoked for the first time in ever, I think. I managed my shark week munchies very well, and I'm only 300 gr up from my current weight. I can't wait for Friday's weigh-in.
Next week I'll be planning another 36 hour fast, & I'm hoping to do a second one straight after my feeding window.
