I agree with Ibiza's suggestion. Chia seeds consumed daily can help alot especially since all the carbs from chia seeds are mostly fibre so that will help keep your net carbs down.

I use 250ml water and I add 25g chia seeds to it. I stir it then close the lid and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours(overnight is best). It's basically tasteless so it's versatile to use in many ways. After they are soak its a gel like consistency so You can add some shredded coconut to it with some low carb whey protein powder to make a type of pudding for dessert.

I use pysullium husk. Some dissolve it in water (it swells so use a lot of water if you do this) and drink it like that, but, I cant do that. It's gross. I buy empty capsules for Dischem, make pills and drink them when I need, or I sprinkle it in my food. Pysullium husk is fiber so it also helps to make you feel full

Wow... I didn't know you can buy empty capsules! Maybe I could sprinkle it over my food. I do have psyllium husk powder in my cupboard.

Leksie I posted about a fermented milk called Amasi which is helpful in supplying your gut with good bacteria to breakdown foods better and avoid constipation. Maybe give it a try to add to your food intake regularly.

The best product is called Normacol - it is completely natural and the only one that doesn’t make you feel bloated. Try it - you will be amazed
