I counted calories.
Made sure I stayed at around 1300 calories per day or less.
I feasted EVERY weekend (everything but alcohol. In NO moderation)
Fasted most Mondays to get back on track
200 push ups
200 sit ups
100 dumbell curls
100 kickbacks
Tried to do 25 000 steps per day.
Thats all easy. NOT giving up was difficult.
You're welcome to ask for help anytime. If I can I'll help.

I think me recipe is simple really.
I make sure I use more "energy" than I consume.
Think alcohol was my biggest killer. Besides all the empty calories I think it made me slugish and lazy.
Without the alcohol I have more energy and do more to keep my hands busy. Busy hands don't have a glass of brandy and Coke in them.🤣🤣
I cut out most empty carbs like pasta and bread.
Try and eat chicken or fish daily and 2 eggs for breakfast.
I also try to not eat after 4pm.
So my secret.
I count my calories. That's it basically and I don't drink anymore 🤣
