Having trust issue with the scale. Last week 74.9, yesterday 74.9... Today 74.1?!?! I definitely don't feel and look like I'm 74kgs. I'll stick to weighing myself once a week and relying on the "if I can still see my abs I'm OK" mentality.

Haven't dropped nor gained. Not sure whether to be disappointed or happy. Anyway here's to another week of kicking butt and killing the workouts.
