Yeah I honestly haven't been watching what I eat, not to mention having guests over and way too much to drink over the weekend. I can see why progress has been slow. I'm glad to see a drop nonetheless!

It's crazy how what takes months to lose takes just days to gain! This fitness and health thing isn't fair sometimes! Anyway enough whining, no one to blame but myself (and whoever invented burgers, pizza, alcohol)
