My family is so predictable though! The whole Easter long weekend we ate nothing but braai meat! I think I've had enough to last me the rest of the year! On a surprising note, I lost weight!! Guess those Easter eggs weren't so bad after all

Had a massive braai on the weekend but I'm glad I managed to not gain much. Measured today and I've dropped so that's great! As great as this is I know the challenge of the long weekend ahead is going to be a great one. Will try my best to not over indulge!

Made a cheesy steak burrito with egg fried brown rice and peppers. Was absolutely tasty and yes I had all 3!! I felt guilty but not really. Super filling meal. I figure it fit well with OMAD regime.

I've realized that weekends are the end of me, more specifically alcohol! I was doing so well then the weekend came and I ate anything and everything. I didn't even think about it because I was drinking all kinds of shots and vodka so I didn't stop to think about what I was eating. Need to work on my drinking habits otherwise I'll never reach my goals.

Intermittent fasting is going well, I think? Calories I'm eating are too low though and it's getting so hard to eat so much. I just don't want to crash. Anyway let's see how it goes.
