Chicken Salad

Easy to prepare chicken and avocado salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice strawberries, cucumber and avocado to your preferred thickness.
  2. Shred lettuce and add to a bowl, add sliced strawberries, cucumber and avocado, and mix well.
  3. Slice the smoked chicken breast and add on top.
  4. Crumb feta over the salad, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with your preferred green leaves and season to your liking.

Thanks - sounds great! I just have to buy in a ton of healthy stuff every week to avoid running out and hence turning to the toast and biccies etc.!
