Low-Carb Protein-Nuss-Schnitten

Die Schnitten sind relativ trocken, eignen sich aber gut zum Mitnehmen. Ich empfehle noch ein Erdnussbutter-Honig-Topping wenn ein paar Kohlenhydrate erlaubt sind.

Directions

  1. Verrühre alle Zutaten zu einem homogenen Teig. Verteile den Teig gleichmäßig auf einem Backblech mit Backpapier. Dann ca. 10 Minuten im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 175°C backen. Wenn der Fladen abgekühlt ist, kannst du diesen nach Bedarf zuschneiden.
