Cucumber, Tomato and Onion Salad

Simple tasty salad with an olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, onions, and cucumber with the olive oil and red wine vinegar
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Let stand for approximately 15 minutes. Toss again and serve.
  4. Tip: you may serve this crisp salad chilled as well.
