My first official weigh-in after starting on Monday is 111.5kg.

This 1st loss in 3 days is always big but most of it is water and waste. It's still motivating :)

Now to focus on getting close to 110kg as possible by next week :)
111.5 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
