Well done! That's a MASSIVE drop in a day! Did u use the same scale for your weigh-ins ? Did you weigh the same time on both days? Eliminate all the possibilities of errors to keep that weight properly monitored.

5kg in one day? am I reading this correctly?
15 Mar 16 by member: nickylroux
Either you wore 5kg of clothes on you yesterday(boots, trousers, jacket, shirt, hat, scarf, etc.) and weighed yourself naked today or you was full of crap and had one hell of a dump in the loo!!!! LOL! That's just a freaky drop in one day. Sometimes scales malfunctions so check it out and ensure you are getting proper readings.

Wha ha ha ha ha ha i agree with BBO! its very possible that your body decided to Purge itself so whatever you ate is now long gone or the scale is hinky ;) Philip please re check on a different scale and then do a happy dance on behalf of all of us if the scale still reads 5Kg down, i can imagine what a great feeling it must be to see 5Kg's down. a girl can only dream... *sigh*

Yvattas on the flip side of that, the scale could have given a wrong reading that was 5kg up so if he weighs on another scale now and gets the current lower weight it wont mean the 1st scale is ok. We need to do some detective work here.

I've seen another who have those kind of weight swings on here. They're steady and constant, but the weight swings are a simple reality for them. Maybe he'll 'weigh in' if he sees this post.

BB I think he understands. For the guy I'm thinking of those weight swings are a fact of life. It's nothing to be ashamed of. I can bump my weight by 5 pounds simply be going with starchy carbs. The swings can be maddening. You just have to trust the math and keep on plugging. Everybody is different.

Oh, and, I personally wouldn't weigh myself again. It's kind of like having a lottery ticket in your pocket. As long as you don't check it, the dream is alive. :)
