This is an unofficial weigh in, as I weighed myself right after doing 1 hour of crossfit. Not sure if I'm just bullsh*tting myself, as CPT was not good for my weight-loss journey either... Anyways, I'm back on track and that's all that counts!!!

I will also be measuring myself on a regular basis!!

Don't be too hard on yourself leksie...bottom line is you are back on track and crossfit isn't easy(not evry Bob on the street can manage even 5 minutes of it)... so give yourself an applause for continuing regardless of what scale is showing...you can do this!
