Good morning all you beautiful people...

Today is my official weigh-in. And I'm happy with the drop. I'm sure it would've been more, but Monday & Tuesday were high carb days.

Last night's dinner was the same as Wednesday. And exercise as well. 2km at lunch time & 4 km after work.
Hubby is finally on the same wavelength concerning our eating habits.

83 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
