Man oh man.
Weekends are tough. After a weekend I'm always one or two kg up on the scale.
Need to change my mindset here.
Love a good "kuier" and good food though.
Guess I'll just have to work harder during the week.
103 kg Lost so far: 29 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
