so far I've lost 4 kg in the month of October through low carb diet, my attempt at keto but I feel very uncomfortable not eating fruits at all, so I have a naartjie or an apple once in a while. but i try to keep my daily carb intake under 80grams. on "keto days" under 20 grams. I'm trying to go keto full time, started switching milk to almond milk yesterday. anyone else struggles with the idea of not eating fruits like me? I've had a packet of frozen blackberries for a while now, I just don't enjoy them at all
