so far I've lost 4 kg in the month of October through low carb diet, my attempt at keto but I feel very uncomfortable not eating fruits at all, so I have a naartjie or an apple once in a while. but i try to keep my daily carb intake under 80grams. on "keto days" under 20 grams. I'm trying to go keto full time, started switching milk to almond milk yesterday. anyone else struggles with the idea of not eating fruits like me? I've had a packet of frozen blackberries for a while now, I just don't enjoy them at all
89.1 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I relate to that.. Also doing a low carb diet but I do cheat with fruit. I get sick of only using berries with Yoghurt.. I have apple pineapple clemintine and peaches.

Try and eat your fruit before 2:00pm, but remember it could have an effect in trying to get into Ketosis because of the sugar.

how many calories do u consume a day? do u excercise?

I eat a banana before I run. My body burns it off and it doesn't effect my state of ketosis. Basically I time carbs for work outs/exercise

My fruit I take as a smoothy mixed with the almond milk and maybe a banana, apple or avo. I also add some flaxseeds etc. I freeze the berries until I make the smoothy.
