A positive go-getter but my weight loss eludes me. Love the outdoors, camping, hiking a bit of adventure. I'm an emotional eater and days are too short to fit everything in. I'm mostly positive but could also be a procrastinator.

I lost all of 20 kg three years ago and I felt terrific. Then my mom passed, my son went for a big operation and I was transferred to another company at the same time. I'm a control freak so when I feel like I am not I eat....how odd as if that would help me gain control. I'm also super hard on myself and had to learn to say no without feeling guilty. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis more than 10 years ago.

There is no magic cure but when I am overweight I am definitely in more pain than when I am not. My confidence also takes a blow. So I have more than enough reasons to get my act together, kick my own butt and get to goal weight!
