Have you had your insulin tested? Maybe you have insulin resistance. It’s much harder to lose weight when you have too much insulin stored in your body. The only way to get rid of it. Is intermittent fasting and a keto diet. Once you become insulin sensitive again. You can start adding back higher carbs to your diet. Start by cutting out all fruit, and starchy carbs. Only have proteins, green vegetables as they are mostly fiber and cruciferous vegetables. I would recommend you cut out even berries for now. No honey or even sweeteners. Switch to drinking only water and herbal teas. Even cut out diary for a while as they have sugar in them. I’ve had to do this before. Once I got rid of the insulin resistance. I’ve been able to eat fruit and starchy carbs in moderation.

Yeah, I know this was me too when I first started eating consciously. I felt I was eating so much less than before, having cut out all the junk, but the loss on the scale was disproportionately small. Then it showed up later as a cumulative loss. Nothing... and then a kilo or two! Still small losses but somehow seems easier to maintain when it happens that way. Just don't quit when healthy habits don't seem to be paying off in the short term. I'm also seeing loss in centimetres from the way my clothes fit and that's encouraging. Other less lauded benefits are better mobility and increased energy when you cut out junk and snacking. All this goes a long way when the scale is stubborn, so be mindful of these changes to keep yourself motivated. In fact I had just increased my calories and relaxed my no-junk rule feeling discouraged, when I saw another kilo drop! This reined me in quickly. I haven't recorded it because I only want to track kilos that stay gone for more than a week.

Take your measurements instead. Don’t get hung up on the scale. Are you exercising?

Strongs dear 🤗. Me too have been stuck at the same weight, even though my eating habits have changed vastly. We must just be positive and keep doing what we are doing, change will come 😘
