Are you using a kitchen scale and weighing everything? Seems you could either be under-calculating the weight or size of things on your food diary - or if you are logging things accurately I would say your calories are very low. Even if you're aiming for 1200 calories a day I would say that's too low and not sustainable. Tracking what you eat as accurately as possible is the best way to see how your weight fluctuates according to what you're eating - if you don't track accurately you lose that as a weight loss tool and it could be more confusing and frustrating than it needs to be. Just my two cents worth.
