I read your bio and wanted to share a bit of my story with you. my starting weight was 98... at that stage I felt hopeless and like I should just give up... but I decided to give it one more try - but 100% commit and not give up on myself. I'm currently 15 or so kg down! It is possible! And if you dig deep and make the changes you know you need to - then it really is within your grasp! work it!!!
