I won't lie, I'm a bit down about this gain, but it's not much of a surprise. This past weekend was a bit of a disaster in terms of eating, due to unexpected things happening. But there are other factors that may be affecting it, so I'll be monitoring it over the next few days and makes changes accordingly, if necessary.

Have a wellness day at work today, so I'll be able to get a much better idea of where I am in terms of my overall health. A bit nervous, though.

Anyway... Happy Wednesday everyone!!
67.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how you feel. the same happened to me these last few days because I am on medication for back pain... I decided not to log my weight until after the pills are done because I just felt like a lot of had work has to be redone. I'll weigh tomorrow and take the necessary steps to right the bloat x strongs x

@Shereen, it really does suck, especially when I think of the work it initially took to get it off. I'm really hoping that it's mainly water retention. Anyway, we march on. All the best on your journey!!
