Love this drop... Best Birthday present I could ask for.....I started doing 16:8 IF this week and it has paid off...

Wow good luck.. that is something I just cant do, not with all the training I do. I cant eat a lot in one meal so 2 meals a day works best for me.

Whats the best way to loose water weight, notice the number keeps on the scale is different every day and i think water weight is the culprit here

Nicoleg I honestly cant help you with that. if your body is retaining water I would suggest getting a water pill from the doc. I also think the more water you drink the more your body should flush out.
