My official weight this morning is 112.9kg.

I was expecting to drop into the 113's this week but cleared the 113's and dropped straight into the 112's :) Happy with this result :)

112.9 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.2 kg a Week
