I expected this increase in weight. Last weekend's damage was just too huge. And then there's sore muscles clinging to water for dear life...

Crossfit class today:

Bro WOD:

A1. 4 x 10 dips
A2. 4 x 10 Pendley rows - 25 kg

B1. 4 x 10 per arm - DB rows - 7.5 kg
B2. 4 x ME Crucifix hold - 2 kg per arm

C1. 3 x 10 per arm Leaning lateral raises - 3 kg
C2. 3 x ME V-sits
