My official weight this morning is 113.3kg

Started on Monday at 117.5kg after a 2 week break because of the flu. Time to focus again :)

113.3 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

it is probably water weight. not fat! fast for 24 hours, it will go back down
