Here we go again, another gain and I cant exactly blame shark week on the whole gain...

Sometimes I just feel like giving up...

Lets hope next week is better.

Don't give up! You've done it before and you can do it again. Alot of us have taken many steps back and it's really hard to start moving forward again, but it's so worth it in the end. You can do it!!!

Stay strong just think how you would feel gaining all that weight again should you fall to your old habits! That vs what you feel now would be much worst. Its times like these our characters are built

Don`t ever give up, just move on. I am up and down all the time, I can`t even stick to it for a day, but the next morning, I just try again. It is really difficult, I know.
