Ieksie's Journal, 28 Feb 18

February has not been great... I had high hopes, but somehow I fell off the wagon & that wagon is gone like mist in the sun. I'm dealing with a lot of stress at work, we've postponed buying a house & I've only gone to cross fit class like 5 times, where it should have been at least 13 times... Motivation is lacking big time...

Tomorrow is March, even though it is the end of a week almost, I will start fresh & refocus... I hate to feel so out of control.

We all have moments like that...You are normal lol...when I feel that way I try and do small things that makes me feel like I'm gaining control. Hang in there. You will get through this AND it will get better. Good luck for a new month. Just do what you can and don't be too hard on yourself. Don't lose sight of everything you have accomplished thus far xox

Stress always part of live, rather transfer the energy into you diet, will make you feel better, if you see the results. Negative mind will not help you.Go for your mission.

I was the same I think I skipped an entire 2 months of crossfit and I fell into bad eating habits and I felt like everything around me was falling apart and I was so stressed and I lacked control which is what I needed to feel content. but then I made a decision and that decision was to stop making excuses, because I would always have reasons as to why i was to tired or sick or stressed to work out, and when I did that I forced myself to go the hardest part in truth was just getting in the car after that you're aces. you can do this be hard but kind on yourself, don't listen to the little voice who says you can't because xyz. flip it the bird and go get the control you need, everything else will fall into place.
